Shipping & Delivery

Delifarm sellers ship to EU countries, directly from their location to your doorstep. Here's what you need to know about shipping and delivery:

• Shipping Options

  Each seller manages their shipping options individually, including methods, delivery times, and costs. For all deliveries within the EU, shipping is handled by DHL to ensure fast and reliable service.
   
  • Note for Multi-Seller Orders: If your order contains items from two or more different sellers, Delifarm will—whenever possible—arrange a single collective shipment. This allows us to consolidate your items into one package so you can save on shipping costs.

• Delivery Times
  

  Delivery times vary based on the seller’s location and your shipping address. Here’s a general guide:
  
    Within Greece: 3-5 business days
  
    Within the EU (via DHL): 7-10 business days
  
  Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.
  
  

• Shipping Costs

  Shipping costs depend on the seller’s location, the destination, and the size/weight of the package. Costs will be clearly displayed at checkout, allowing you to review before completing your purchase.
  
  

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, if available. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website or through our Order Tracking Page. Tracking helps you stay updated on your package’s journey from the seller to your address.
