Truffle Theory was born out of a deep passion for nature and discovery. Founder Vasilis transitioned from studying ancient Greek landscapes as an archaeologist to unearthing subterranean treasures as a professional truffle hunter. Alongside his loyal Lagotto Romagnolo truffle dog, Pepe, they forage through wild, unblemished Greek forests to harvest exceptional fresh truffles and gourmet mushrooms at peak maturity.
